I think that the online dating sites is no-no. Some people prefer to do the online dating sites because all they have to do is signup, write about themselves, and search for another guy/ girl for them that is their type. I think that is stupid and unusual. Back in the days, no one ever did this. They would meet face to face. They would actually know how the person really looks like and how they show their personlity instead of putting how they think their personality is on the internet. I think it is more respectable and better to meet face to face. I would want to get to know the other person first and to know more about them than just reading off the internet. That is scary, what if the person on the dating site isn't really who they said they really are. They could be a criminal or someone who is dangerous.
Back in the days when they meet and start dating. They get know each other, they might get married, and have children. They would still be married because some people on the online dating site usually break up or end up divorced. So why meet someone you don't know on the internet? While you could go out, talk to other people and find that perfect guy or lady for yourselves. It is not that hard for you to go out, meet new people, instead of meeting someone you don't know on the internet.
Think of yourselves writing something about you on the site and searching someone who might have the same common interest. But once you actually meet them you guys might or might not have the same common interest. If you don't have the same common interest? What do you do? Are you going to go back online and find another guy? Or are you going to go out and meet new people? Instead of wasting your time writing about yourself on the internet you could be at a library, coffee shop, restaurant, etc. talking to someone who might have the same interest in you. So why waste your time on the site and start going out meeting new people who might actually be like YOU!
